"Contra/Against”, the actions and ideas of the new regime”
Inspired by the U.S. presidential elections and new right-wing regimes surfacing globally, Instituto Gráfico de Chicago (I.G.C.) called out fellow artists/activists to create a print against this ideocracy new era of backward-thinking. Artists from both side of the border challenge the ideas espoused by the new right-wing regimes, which are emerging globally. The theme of this portfolio is not against any one particular individual; it is against the right-wing mentality that is destroying civil and human rights, science and equality.

¡Grabadores crean trabajo contra esta nueva era de pensamiento atrasado!
La Carpeta Gráfica International Contra: Inspirado por las elecciones presidenciales de los EE. UU. Y los nuevos regímenes de derecha que emergen a nivel mundial, el Instituto Gráfico de Chicago (I.G.C.) llamó a otros artistas / activistas para crear grafica contra esta nueva era ideocrafica de pensamiento retrospectivo. Artistas de ambos lados de la frontera desafían las ideas expuestas por los nuevos regímenes de derecha, que están surgiendo a nivel mundial. El tema de esta carpeta no es contra ningún individuo en particular; es contra la mentalidad derechista que está destruyendo los derechos civiles y humanos, la ciencia y la igualdad.
