International Print Portfolio Contra: Inspired by the U.S. presidential elections and new right-wing regimes surfacing globally, Instituto Gráfico de Chicago (I.G.C.) called out fellow artists/activists to create a print against this ideocracy new era of backward-thinking. Artists from both side of the border challenge the ideas espoused by the new right-wing regimes, which are emerging globally. The theme of this portfolio is not against any one particular individual; it is against the right-wing mentality that is destroying civil and human rights, science and equality.
